running NetView on c shell environment - What is required to be set.

Hi forum readers,  I would like to find what is required to run TME 10 NetView 
5.1 in c shell
environment.
Currenlty it seems like there is no wierd thing, but I am afraid the 
environment may not be set
correclty which caused some function to fail. Is there any file that can be run 
to set the
environment in c shell.

Like framework it has /etc/Tivoli/setup_env.csh to set the enviroment in c 
shell.

I would like to find out if there is any to NetView if Framework envrironment 
it self is not set to
c shell environment.
