Help.

Hello,

     When I arrived at work this morning, my Netview box was frozen (hung, lock,
crashed.....).  After rebooting and starting Netview back,  I started receiving
messages, "error during reading background file.  Press OK".    After all the
windows open, (toolbar, navigation, main window, control panel,),  my map is
blank.     If I open a new map,  it also stays blank.   No Symbols. I have
already run - netview -config, netview -verify, and netview -fields.   No
change.  Any Ideas?
