Sercurity Registration in Netview

Hello,

        I can't seem to get the Telnet option to display under the
administrator menu for anyone
that not in the "SrAdmin" group in Netview 5.1.2.   I've checked on all
permissions under the
Security Administration for the "RSAM" registration files for the group
"Oper",  but no luck.
Am I just overlooking something?   Any help would be appreciated.   Thanks.
