Access to CiscoView is provided from the Netview menu: Monitor -->
CiscoView
I'm running CiscoWorks2000 Maint Rel 2, Netview 5.1.1, Aix 4.3.2. I believe
this was available in the base product and Maint. Rel. 1 as well.

Hope this helps,
Karin
