Jane is correct. I am assuming (which is always bad) from the note that you
tried this and it did not work. Try using the desktop first.

Before trying Dean's suggestion for hand-deinstalling, if you still have
your NetViewServer icon on your Tivoli Desktop, use the right-button
menu -> Maintain and choose the option to de-install NetView. This
takes out most of the necessary bits from the Tivoli object database as
well as removing NetView. You may still need some of Dean's excellent
suggestions, particularly removing the NetView files from the
".installed" directories.
I do know this one is recoverable from - been there!
