You need to re-install the application again. In addition, IE 4 with sp1 works
better than Netscape, sad to say but true!

Subject: CW2000 - Resource Manager Essentials (RME)

Hello All.

Here is my environment: AIX 4.3.2, Netview 5.1.1, CicsoWorks2000.

I am running RME V2.1 and CWSI Campus V2.3.
CWSI Campus is working fine, but I am having a problem with RME.

I am using Netscape 4.51 on the PC (WIN95) to access RME. I successfully log
into RME under the "admin" ID. After I successfully login, I get the 4 main
menus...HOME, TASKS, TOOLS, ADMIN.

However, there are NO sub-menus under any of these main menus, so I cannot
perform ANY operations at all. I have followed the manuals exactly but with
no luck and cannot figure out what is happening here??

Has anyone ever experienced this problem??

Any info appreciated.

Sincerely,

Gord Michaels.
