Hello, Andre;
The TEC daemons will not start if connecting to the RDBMS server cannot be
established. You van check TEC log files in /tmp (tec_master, tec_dispatch,
etc.)
Try to check that yout RIM host has the isql client properly configured. Try to
run
a session from that host as the TEC user being used. It happens often that the
user
password is incorrect. Also, better is to use wrimtest -- this command will try
to
open a session and if unsuccessful, then it will print errors on stdout that
might
help.
HTH,
Best regards,
Vladimir.
