Scott,
for Windows endpoints you can use wadminep <ep_label> reboot_system. I was
successful with this command but for the first time I got the "Net_recv:
Connection reset by peer" error message. If you get this message, I will help
you gladly to get around. Also, mind the only argument supported for the command
is "upgrade". I think it's been since 3.6.
For Unix endpoints you can use a telnet session or a task (this holds good for
endpoints as well).
