snmpcollect not collecting

I'm using Netview for NT 5.1.2.

I'm able to use the Mib Browser/Graph to verify data, but
my snmpcollect isn't collecting data.  any ideas what to check?
snmpcollect daemon shows ok.

I'm not using SQL, could that be my problem?
