Yes.  Each open events display is a separate instance of a ruleset, a separate
session is created with nvcorrd for every one of them.  He runs all the rulesets
for everybody, and sends the forwards back where they belong.  And it is he who
primes the output of a new session with the last 100 events.  They all work the
same way.

Does the NetView Web Interface Events Display also only take the last 100
events a place them against your ruleset??
