I know that for each istance of mib-value collected there are two files.
The names of the files are related with the MIB-variable you collect.
So if you collect ifOutOctets you'll find two files:
ifOutOctets.x and ifOutOctets.x.! where x is the istance of the
MIB-variable.
The one that finish with an exclamation point (!) probabily contains
definitions of collected data
The other one contains data (only this grow-up).
When you use snmpColDump command you have to use the second file
For example:
/usr/OV/bin/snmpColDump /usr/OV/databases/snmpCollect/ifOutOctets.9
