error msg in nv6000.log

Hello All,
     I'm currently running Netview 5.12 on Solaris 2.6 platform.  I'm getting
the follwoing error in my nv6000.log:

          ld.so.1: /usr/OV/bin/backup: fatal: ../../lib/libems.so: open failed:
No such file or directory

At first I thought it was a missing file or path problem but I located the file
in /usr/OV/lib/libems.so and I added /usr/OV/lib to my PATH and
I'm still getting the problem.  Have anyone seen this message or know what's
causing it?  Thanks.
