Hi Lisa.
There is something strange with the error message.
Netview says that it can't find ../../lib/libems.so
whent it runs /usr/OV/bin/backup, but from /usr/OV/bin
you can't change directory to /usr/OV/lib using ../..
If /usr/OV/bin/backup tries to run ../../lib/libems.so
it tries in fact to run /usr/lib/libems.so.
Did you try to backup mith command line? How did you
get this message?
