Easier than you think, if by "original state" you mean the way NetView shipped
it.  There is a copy in /usr/OV/newconfig /OVSNMP-RUN.    In general, you will
find copies of all the original config files in the newconfig subdirectories
somewhere.

Big question.

I need to restore the trapd.conf file in /usr/OV/conf/C to its original
state. However, I did not make a copy before I  ran my script
(AAAGGGHHH!)
and the customer who assured me that they were doing backups isnt!
Bigger AAAGGGHHHHHH! Any suggestions?
