Submap Exployer V6

I have upgraded from 5.1.2 to 6

Is anyone having problems with SUBMAP EXPLOYER?  I can open it and
sometimes drill down in right frame, but it usually never lets me drill
down at all from either left or right frame.   Very strange behavior not
to mention poor doc.

Is there possible any issue with path to JRE bin and lib directory
paths?

I am running JRE 1.1.7

I have opened a PMR but no solution yet.
