I've occasionally found similar errors on downloaded MIBs and sometimes
the problem has turned out to be that there's no CR/LF at the end of the
file. When I've edited it and just hit Enter after the last character
on the last line, it's loaded fine.
Don't know if that's your problem, but it's worth a try.
