Problem with loading Mib

I received the following error when attempting to load mib 
"CISCO-FRAME-RELAY-MIB-V1SMI.my" with the SNMP loader (not SNMPV1/V2 loader. 
  How can this be remedied?

Error detected while loading MIB File: 
/usr/OV/snmp_mibs/cisconewmibs/CISCO-FRAME-RELAY-MIB-V1SMI.my.
This MIB cannot be loaded until the following problem is corrected:

Line 151: Error defining MIB Module: Missing keyword 'END'

Accepted syntax for a MIB module:
  module-label DEFINITIONS ::= BEGIN
    [ IMPORTS external-references FROM external-module; ]
    [ EXPORTS external-references FROM external-module; ]
  module-body
  END
Example:
   RFC1213-MIB DEFINITIONS ::= BEGIN
   IMPORTS
     mgmt, NetworkAddress, IpAddress, Counter, Gauge
     Timeticks
       FROM RFC155-SMI
     OBJECT-TYPE
       FROM RFC-1212;
   module-body
   END
