Does your other user have a read-write map?
Collections will not get new members on a read-only map unless you do a refresh.

Subject: [NV-L] Collections not updated
Hello,
Using NV5.1.2 on DEC UNIX
I have created a number of collections, they are dynamically updated on the
map when user ROOT is logged in.
However when another user is logged in, the collections are not updated.
I guess it has something to do with permissions, can someone tell me where
the collections are stored and maintained?
