Here is a hint for you: If someone went to the trouble to put
a menu item under Administer..Start Application, there was
probably, at some time or other, a frequent need to restart
that application without going to the bother of closing and
opening the map. Check what's on that list and you will see
what I mean.

We are not using security, but we do use the "netview" cmd to start.
There is no message in nv6000.log that it (collmap) is not started.
I think we can find a way to start it.
