Hi Juan,

I have already had a similar problem.   The NetView box received traps from
network devices, they appeared with the right date/time in trapd.log, but
the display in the events windows had a delay of up to 20 or 30 minutes
which was quite annoying.

The problem was in fact a high CPU usage (you can monitor this with 'smon').
This high CPU was due to some bad settings.   When I was able to reduce the
PU usage, the traps were displayed in time.

Perhaps your case is similar ?
