Need some advice Netview V5.1 AIX 4.3.2 IBM F50 We monitor a Cisco router network and a new model (7204) was deployed. The device shows up on the map as generic. All other Cisco routers have labels showing correct model number. Previously we regenerated submap icons and that fixed problem. We did regenerate submap icons per TME 10 Administrators guide but the icons are still generic. Any advice? Thanks |
