Problems to run the NV console from web client

Hi All,

I´m having some trouble by starting up the NV console from the Web Client.
By choosing open map, I get a window with two frames in one it says left
button and in the other right button, nothing else happen.
I can run the event browser window though without trouble.
Any ideas to share?
