Hello Everyone, I administer 3 NetView servers (2 @ NV 6.0 and 1 @ NV 6.0.1). One server forwards alerts to TEC. I'd like to warn the operators when I take the NV daemons down or stop the daemons before a backup. In other words, I'd like to place text such as "Backup is about to begin" or "Server down for maintenance" in the message field on TEC. Can I accomplish this with an snmptrap command? Thanks.
