How were you able to identify the MIB below in question being a SNMPv2 MIB? I
have received similar message below from trying to load vendor MIB's in the
past.

Chris,
If you are using the snmpV1 loader to load snmpV2 mibs you will
get this message. Try using the snmpV2 loader in NetView and it should
work. Tools, MIB, SNMPV2, Load and then select the mib file.
