Leslie,
My understanding from the CW documentation is that you cannot do a Remote NMS
import into RME if your Remote NMS is NT. I have also heard rumours that it
doesn't work trying to import from a Remote Unix NMS to CW on NT, though this
one I know less about.
Re your Integration Utility install, did you uninstall your 1.2 Integration
Utility first? I am pretty certain the CW documentation says you must install
one before you install another.
Kind regards,
Jane
