isUnreachable=TRUE ?

Hi,

I was wondering under what circumstances this db flag is set to true and
under what circumstances is it checked?

I've seen objects with IPStatus=Unreachable and isUnreachable=FALSE and I've
also seen IPStatus=NORMAL and isUnreachable=TRUE.
