Viruses and Spam

     There has apparently been a lot of discussion about the viruses
and spam posted to the list.  We have a couple of plans in the works
to hopefully eliminate, but, more realistically just signifcantly
curtail the occurances of viruses and spam on the list.  I will post
more details when we get ready to make changes to the lists.
