SNMP MIB 2 -> MIB 1 converter

Does anyone have / can recommend a utility to convert SNMP V2 MIBs to
SNMP V1??  I heard that Cisco have one but cannot find anything on their
site??  I know IBM/Tivoli ship some converted MIBs but I'm not aware of
them providing a MIB converter utility???

Open Source solutions would be great - any ideas gratefully received.
