NetView for UNIX has a built-in TEC adapter in the nvserverd daemon.  You
use a ruleset to forward to TEC.  You set this up using SMIT or the
Configure dialog of the Framework.  It is well-documented in the Install
Guide and the Admin Guide what to do.   If you prefer to use wpostemsg you
can do that to, provided your TMR is connected to the one which has the TEC
server.  The other way does not require that the TMR of the TEC server even
know yours exists.
