You can control this with the seedfile.
!@oid 0
will exclude non-snmp nodes altogether. But there will be little
stub objects (only Selection Name and IP Hostname fields) in the
database, so keep your ovwdb cache setting as high as if they were
fully discovered just to be safe. If you know the address range of the
non-snmp things, like your DHCP address ranges, it is best to exclude
those outright with entries like:
!192.20-135.*.15-255

If you want them to be discovered but unmanaged, rather than managed,
add this to /usr/OV/conf/oid_to_type:
DEFAULT_IP:  :  :U

     Is there any way during discovery to ignore devices that are not SNMP
     enabled?

     Basically, the only things that I want to show up on the map are
     devices that are managed. All other devices should not have an object
     created in the databases; they should be overlooked.
