Fatal Topology Error

Hi,

Netview send many errors like :

>Exception in thread "main" Fatal Topology Eror : Unable to connect to
ovtopmd
>Reason : Can't connect to server : sys 2 : A file or directory in the path
name does not exist
>java.lang Unsatisfied Link Error : Can't find library libutiljni.so in
LIBPATH
>LIBPATH=/usr/OV/jre/lib/aix/native_threads

So, where can I configure the LIBPATH variable ? The right path is
"/usr/OV/lib"
