Is collmap running? It would be up to him to update the smartset map on
UNIX. If you cannot find him with ps -ef, try starting him from the GUI --
Administer ... Start Application ... collmap

Subject: [NV-L] New Compaq Insight Manager for Netview and Status Color

Hi all.
I installed the new CIM for Netview V2.1 on different AIX-sytems (4.3.2 and
4.3.3) with Netview versions (6.01/2). All systems with the CIM agent
inside shows on segment map the right status, but in the SmartSets all
these systems are marked as unknown. I configured a new SmartSet but the
result was the same. Dows anybody have a solution for this problem or any
other ideas?

Mit freundlichen Gruessen - Yours sincerely
