You have changed either the NetView IP Address or the hostname of the box
since it was installed and the internal database entries for NetView need
to be changed to reflect that. You need to run /usr/OV/service/reset_ci to
fix the problem. Then you can re-register the trapd daemon in smitty with
its new options.
Right now it cannot figure out where the box is that NetView resides on.

Greetings, Fellow Tivoliers!
I am trying to change to size of the trapd.log file, and have to this point
been unsuccessful. Would anyone be so kind as to guide me in the right
direction???

I run this as root. If I do an ovstatus, there is no "Network_Manager_s"
listed. Whazzup?!?!
