There are lots of appends about this- loading a MIB doesn't configure
the trap in trapd.conf.  To add a single trap, use xnmtrap, or bring it
up Options->Event configuration-> Trap customization and add it
manually.  The cisco traps that come with V6 seem to have onle Specific
1 & 2 for this enterprise, so you'll probably just have to add it. 
There are also ways to load multiple traps (documentation has details).
