Customization via NV Web interface

Hi:
I have done some customization with the ARF (application Registration
Files) to invoke a few home-grown applications and scripts based on some
selection rules from the menu bar/pulldowns and popups.

How do I acheive the same with the NV web interface (ie., what config files
I need to work with)?
