there as opposed to one-on-one.

Now, what platform are you on, and what version? And are
your point-to-point serials numbered, or unnumbered? Are you
using that circuitless IP feature of Bay devices?

Leslie,

I have a question about netview that hopefully you can help me with.  I'm
monitoring all Bay networks network and on the routers that have a point to
point serial interface, the icon on the map is Red and the status of the
device shows down from a netview standpoint.  The device is actually
working properly.  Is there any way I can get netview to show the correct
status?
