Sabi,
I thought I had done this several times for the NetView Advanced class
but obviously not in quite the same way as yourself.  What error message
do you get when you try to start the desktop?  Presumably you have got
the Tivoli environment sourced?

When you say the command line doesn't work, do you mean running wpatch
with the appropriate IND parameter doesn't work?  Is the oserv running?
(I assume your TMR server is also the system you are installing NetView
on?).
