IX83809 sounds like your problem all right. The symptom is that you get an
error message "no such file or directory" trying to create a snapshot.
It was fixed in 5.1.1 and is included in all subsequent releases.

Our Netview support contract ran out and I am waiting for the new one to
come into effect. We are using Netview 5.1 and I have seen that a later
release fixes the following problem:
IX83809 - MJP: receives error when taking snapshot of map.
Is there a way of finding out what the details are for this problem?
