Have you ever gotten this to work? How about before you created your
customized map?
All I can give you is a guess. I don't work in this area of the code. If
you can't get anywhere then you should call Support.
A snap shot is a copy of your current map so it takes up the same size.
cd to /usr/OV/databases/openview/mapdb/ODS_Customised_Display and do "du
-k"
That gives you the size of each subdirectory in 1024-byte (KB) units.

Still can't work out why creating a map snapshot fails.
I took a look at the directories, permissions and file space. The
directory permissions look fine to me.
We are using Netview 5.1.
