Create Map Snapshot

Still can't work out why creating a map snapshot fails.

I took a look at the directories, permissions and file space. The
directory permissions look fine to me. 

We are using Netview 5.1.

Here are the directories and permissions:

The file space looks OK but how much disk space does a snapshot require?
