You can easily run multiple rulesets. You can create a very small ruleset using Leslie's great idea and activate it using the "TEC Adapter". You can create additional rulesets and activate all of them (multiple) in the /usr/OV/conf/ESE.automation file. This should let you group rules within a ruleset so that you can manage them easier.
