Tivoli Netview on Windows 2000

I have Tivoli Netview 6.0.2 on W2K at service pack 1.

I recently upgrade to service pack 2 and discovery no longer seems to work.
I reset the database several times and it is consistent.

I backed out the service pack upgrade and it all works again.

Is this a known problem or have I done something wrong somewhere?  If there
are other users on SP2 then I will research further.
