[nv-l] counter/integer Delta

In gathering data on a counter mib instance, a Delta is done
automatically(default).  No problem.
Why would the counter info be reported including decimals (1543021.xxxx)
with snmpColDump, and a plain snmpget shows in whole number?
The collection is on RxOctets and TxOctets.  

Any and all insight is welcome.  Cheers. 

PS: The Blue Light is'nt going to be on for a while......
