NetView 7.1 for UNIX "Fresh Installation"

Here's another observation:

The polling config file was created in the old location,
/usr/OV/databases/openview/topo/polling, when I checked the Topology/Status
Polling Intervals:IP under the Options menu.

7.1 bug?
