Hello Everyone.

Preparing for a "Fresh Installation" of NetView 7.1

In the Tivoli NetView Release Notes for 7.1 it states, "The polling
configuration file has been moved from the /usr/OV/databases/openview/topo
directory to the /usr/OV/conf directory.".

I performed a Fresh Installation on a test server but I cannot locate a
polling file. Does this apply only to Upgrade Installations?
