Not sure what you are asking.  
NetView 6.0.2 does install and run on Windows 2000.
support is mentioned in the Release Notes

Hello All,

I am checking to see if version 6.02 supports any flavor of 
Win2000 as a standalone server. As far as i can see the 
answer is no, but i thought i would check with the experts.
