The "nvrsEdit" command is the Netview ruleset editor on UNIX.  I believe he is 
suggesting that you build the correlation you need by using the Netview rules 
and possibly your own scripts.

I have no exposure to Tavve's tool, the Smarts tool, or any others, so I don't 
have an opinion.  I hope to be looking into these by the end of the year.
