Ben,

The only way I know how to cause a ruleset to "loop" as you call it is to
add an action to "generate" a trap that will come back into the ruleset.
the easiest way to do that is the "event" command within NetView.   Your
reading should show you what the environment is when you call an action
block in a ruleset.
