I am running Netview 7.1 on Solaris 8. I have a question reguarding device information that netview is collecting from. Our network consist of Cisco routers throughout, I need to find out how many of each type are out there(3620's, etc.). So I mainly need vendor info. Is there a simple way to do this? Do any of the databases contain this? If so how do I collect it? Thanks,
