We also use a similar service - the thing I had to change was the max digits in 
pager - and you have already set that. Looks to me like your config is correct. 
We did change baud rate to 2400 per a recommendation from Verizon Wireless 
(they use the motorola 2-ways also). Might try that. We also have no dashes in 
our phone numbers but I assume that is only cosmetic. Here is our entry for 
comparison:

Carrier: weblink2
        Modem phone #: 18005578081
        Numeric IDs accepted on modem line: N
        DTMF phone #: 800746XXXX
        Max. message length: 400
        Max. digits in alphanumeric pager #: 10
        Max. blocks/transaction: 6
